I just had open heart valve replacement and single bypass at 70 years old. This was due to a heart murmur not heart attack. I’ve completed cardio rehab, I will go to my cardiologist for a stress test.

Can I/should I dive again?

I say yes but what would you think on the dive boat.

I regularly walk 3 miles about 4/5 days a week

Hello, I am cruising and in Grand Turk on March 25th.
I have contacted some Dive operations but would like some recommendations.
Also,
A dive buddy, I am PADI AOW with over 130 dives. I just got back from my bucket list, 12 days in Raja Ampat Indonesia.

I’m looking for a 2024 or 2025 US based trip to Australia, prefer from the midwest, Chicago, Milwaukee but based anywhere would work, it’s on my bucket list.
I’m an AOW recreational diver, no nitrox training, no specialties.
Any suggestions
